1.Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.Return Shipping Costs
For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3.Returns Procedure & Fees
To start a return, please contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return authorization, as this may delay your refund process.
4.Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
